However, the fitness industry has become one filled with false and confused information - causing the consumer (us) to find it difficult to find what's best for our own individual needs.

I like to educate my clients with what I have found has worked for me to keep fat low and build muscle at the same time. I combine a mixture of High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) with Strength Training to build an athletic and healthy look.
